My Intellilink software frequently reboots and or freezes when using Navigation. Sometimes it will display an old backup camera image and does not respond to any buttons including power button. I have to turn off the ignition and restart the truck to get intellilink to reboot. Now recently when playing music from usb it skips like a broken record and freezes (buttons unresponsive) requiring a restart of the truck to get intellilink to reboot. I have tried a factory reset from the settings menu to no avail. No updates available on GMC website. Do I need to go to the dealer and get the software/firmware reinstalled/flashed? Could this be a hardware issue? Any advice will be appreciated.
