2018 problems

Hi need to know when pulling out the fuel rail what O-rings do I need to replace? My vacuum pump broke inside the valve cover and I will have to take the rail and some other stuff off to get the valve cover off to get the metal pieces out of the head. So it won't destroy the motor. I cannot find a repair manual, by Chilton's or Haynes for the car either so I'm kind of doing this blind. Need the torque amount and pattern for the cover also if anyone knows. My car is a 2018 GMC TERRAIN SLE 1.5L TURBO. Any videos or links for a manual would be great thanks guys.
