2022 Terrain Centerstack

I have a 2022 Terrain Denali and the buttons in the centerstack for home, seek (both directions), back and the nobs for the radio power and the "check" mark...mine are not backlit at night. Makes them very difficult to find in the dark. I went to the dealer today and they are trying to tell me that is normal. However, they didn't have another new terrain in stock to compare it to. If you have a 2022, can you tell me if yours are backlit at night with your lights on?
