[Stoked-on-Spokes]

Hello. Has anyone replaced their wire hood prop rod with struts? I'm looking to upgrade to struts for my hood, like most cars have. I can't believe GMC would go with a rod instead of a strut.

I searched the forum and didn't find any answers. Hoping you could help. Thanks.
