2010 GMC Terrain with blue tooth radio option (hands free phone) just quit. Tried everything including complete power down - pulling radio fuse. The pairing screen will not allow me to remove/add any phone, When trying to make a call only OnStar is recognized. May have to replace the entire radio.

I had similar situation. Unfortunately, radio is no that good there. I had to replace it.
