I've had my 2018 GMC Terrain since January. It was programed to my Samsung SM-J327V by the salesman when I took delivery. After a couple of months I discovered that it was no longer connected to the Terrain's Bluetooth (that seems like an odd name). I drove to the GMC dealer and the salesman connected it again. He told me I need to turn the phone off once in a while or it will again disconnect. I then would turn it off about once a week. On Wednesday (7/4) the phone once again disconnected and I went to the Verizon store to get it reconnected. No reason was given for this glitch. Does anyone have experience with this?
