If Im buying a used 2010 model what should the expected price that i should pay? ie lowest vs highest?

What should i look for when buying that car ie problems and etc?

Well my area would be in Canada, i deal with harsh-ish winters nearing up to -20 degrees celcious weather, also we do have all 4 seasons where we are!
