I just saw these on youtube. Seems like the guy is a volunteer fire fighter or something along the lines of that which will allow him to legally have these on.
Even if it's not that purpose, i think it looks super cool. The idea of a Terrain Emergency Vehicle is a good one to me, i wonder why emergency services never used the terrain.
