Liked my 2014 Terrain so much that I traded in for a 2018 Terrain.

For a while it would play my songs from flash drive in alphabetical order which I liked. A few weeks it looked like it “rebooted,” the screen froze for a few minutes and now it wants to play the same 4 songs over and over.

I fiddled around and chose an album; but it got stuck on one song. It would play thru while I was driving and reverted back to its favorite.

Is this normal? Something the dealer needs to fix?

I happened to be in the dealer and asked if anyone had heard of this. They suggested I ask the Forum.

Start playing the USB drive then on the main screen press MENU. Scroll to ALL SONGS then press on any song in the list [even the one playing] and that should allow all the songs to play.
