So I'm thinking about getting a 2011 Terrain SLT 2 with the 4 cyl. I've been hesitant on this because I hear they get a lot of cold engine start pinging or knocking. I'm coming from a 2009 Honda Accord v6 but I really like the Terrain. You get a lot of stuff for the money and the drive is very comfortable. Would I be making a mistake getting one of these? I just don't want a car with a whole lot of reliability issues. That's why I got rid of my 2008 MINI Cooper S.

that is also why im not going to buy a Terrain right because of problems like that. From friends experiences, the Terrain is said to be reliable I wouldn't worry too much
