Windshield issues

Hello, I have a 2018 Terrain Denali. I bought it new and always had an issue with spiderwebbing across my view in the windshield when I use my wipers. I changed out my wiper blades twice with premium blades. No resolution. I took it to the dealership where I bought it. They replaced the wiper arm. Still the same problem. They said they did not know what else to do. I took it to a different dealership, who replaced the windshield. Still the same problem. I feel this is a hazard as it is right in front of my field of view. I had to drive in snow last month and I had to raise the seat because I could not see through the 5 inch wide path of snow on the windshield. I don't know if anyone else has had that problem or any suggestions. Two dealerships have not come up with a solution.
