Wondering about tire life

My 2016 Terrain Denali has almost 32,000 miles (old guy 85). When I had my class A motorhome the advice was to replace the motorhome tires every 5 year regardless of what the tread was like. Something about being a different tire compound. But I got to thinking is there a tire lifetime for passenger/suv tires? So yesterday I looked for the date on my OEM tires. It is 1215! That makes the tire were produced in about April 2015. The tire trad is good and the thing is parked in my garage since it was new to me. Now I typically don't drive too much but sometime I wander to the 'big' city environment and that can be 30 miles away. So, should I venture to Costco for new tires?
